Gerardo Metta

Michelin-starred chef Gerardo Metta brings his culinary vision to Caléa, in collaboration with Omicron Hotels. Awarded a Michelin star in Switzerland and recognized by the Gault Millau and Delta guides, he also became one of Europe’s youngest Michelin-starred chefs at Da Mimmo, later ranked among the 50 best Italian restaurants in the world. At Caléa, he creates a dialogue between Crete and Italy, crafting contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that celebrates seasonality, craftsmanship, and refined storytelling.
